Job Duties:

• Assist the Group Legal Counsel in preparing, reviewing and vetting legal documents
• Conduct researches, coordinate with external lawyers
• Handle trademarks, insurance, ad hoc projects or other duties as may be assigned
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Law from a reputable university in Hong Kong or China
• At least 3 years of experience in the legal field, preferably PRC qualified
• Strong knowledge of PRC law; experience in PRC-related commercial work, corporate transactions and/or joint ventures
• Excellent research skills and ability to prepare clear and concise summaries and research notes
• Experience in company secretarial field of listed companies is a credit
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, well-organized, proactive, independent and meticulous
• Reliable with strong commercial sense and integrity, and good inter-personal skills
• Occasional travel may be required
