Major Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and formulating the workflow of operation procedure to streamline the process of various projects
• Develop a systematic and well-structured plan on optimizing the business flow in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external parties from identifying and evaluating the root cause to attaining the ultimate objectives
• Propose the best practice and improvement enhancement by conducting market research and analysis on methodology and tools
• Set up a standard and KPI on the effectiveness measurement to monitor progress and performance regularly and continuously
• Audit and manage the project implementation by developing a control point mechanism and contingency plan
• Build up and review different kinds of audit reports to track for enhancement purpose
• Participate in any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Management or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience in process management function gained in sizable company and comprehensive and dynamic environment
• Proven track record in project management, obtaining Green belt or above of six Sigma would be advantaged 
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent with critical thinking
• Strong sense of driving process improvement and business acumen
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
