Our client is one of the top tier consultancy and advisory firms in the world, operating in over 150 countries with over 150,000 staff. They are currently looking to hire at an Associate Director level in their Change & Transformation team. 

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Managing a team of over 10 professionals on driving organizational change, change management and operational transformation projects (e.g. HR transformation, behavioral change management);
- Work with various different clients across the financial services industry and ensure the smooth running of the projects;
- Take up a strong leadership approach through coaching team members to ensure excellent client delivery and the development of their career;
- Building and developing long term stakeholder relationships for consulting projects

Ideally, you will:

- Have 8 to 15 years of relevant experience with success track record in delivering projects from beginning to end
- Be a driven individual looking to work in a team that will grow significantly over the next few years
- Have experience with organization development, change management, business transformation and talent development
