Job Description

Reporting to Team Manager, Credit Documentation, the incumbent will be responsible for documentation support to origination teams, ensuring that facility letter and security documentation are in good order before facility utilization; lead, train and supervise a small team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare facility letter and security documentation in accordance with credit approval.
  • Conduct checking of the aforesaid documentation with supporting corporate authorization executed by customers
  • Close liaison with solicitors and the origination teams on the preparation of nonstandard loan documentation
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of collateral and documentation data in the Bank's system
  • Identify improvement opportunities
  • Work on ad hoc projects as required


Qualifications and Skills

To meet the challenge, he / she should possess the following qualifications and attributes
  • Degree in Banking, Management Studies or Law
  • Relevant documentation experience gained in the banking or legal field
  • Good knowledge of the Companies Ordinance
  • Sound computer system and banking products knowledge
  • Proactive and dynamic; possess good people management/supervisory skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be dynamic, change focused, ambition and objective driven
