A rare opportunity with this organisation has risen as they seek for a Paralegal, Funds (International Law Firm/Quality work life balance) to join their expanding team(Finance). Responsibility: 

• Assist with drafting and/or reviewing legal documentations (Finance) correspondence, memos, contract 
• Providing comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of legal matters
• Provide full spectrum of legal service for internal and external purposes
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advises, agreements, proposals and presentation materials. 
• Reviews of corporate Finance & Legal documents, management reports and advisory etc.
• Liaising with Lawyers on a day-to-day basis
• Contact and following up with clients and regulatory bodies in general inquiries and project related issues

Requirement: 

• Degree holder (LLB or LLM desire) or equivalence  
• Minimum 2 years paralegal experiences in banking and Finance practices from an international law firms (Ideally Magic circles), reputable local law firms will be considered as well   
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
