In this role, you will:

• Work in a unique team to provide comprehensive support to different departments (e.g. sales, engineering, project management)
• Identify and mitigate risks in contract documents and also day-to-day business operations
• Review and prepare a full range of commercial documents such as agreements, internal guidelines and policies, technical manuals
• Participate in compliance projects and assist in identifying and assessing compliance risks of latest legislations and regulations
• Take part in ad-hoc projects and solve ill-defined problems
• Maintain and compile the contract database

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a bachelor degree in law or business administration
• Candidates without relevant working experience will be considered
• Good command of written English is a must
• Excellent communication skills, detail-minded and results-oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Willing to work and learn under pressure
