Job Requirements

1. A university degree in Law or equivalent, a LLM degree obtained abroad preferred;

2. A qualified lawyer in China with National BAR License, or other equivalent qualification from overseas;

3. At least 3 years of experiences in law industry, experiences of M&A and project development is a must, experience in power generation industry preferred;

4. Familiar with both Chinese regulations and international Business law and Company Law;

5. Knowledge's of accounting and taxation is a plus;

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

7. Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese;

8. Frequent travel is required (China and overseas).

Job description 

1. Provide full-set of legal and compliance advice & support to all businesses of the Company;

2. Draft, review and provide in-house legal advice on legal and contractual documents, including but not limited to, bank facility letter, commodity sales and purchase contract, company registration documents, M&A contract, and etc.;

3. Liaise and work with outside lawyer advisor to issue and review legal documents;

4. Participate in company’s M&A and other projects development and management;

Prepare investment proposal and analytical report for management assessment and decision making;

5. Identify and mitigate legal risk to ensure compliance with laws and regulations across the company;

6. To perform ad hoc projects as required.
