Job Description

We currently have an opening for a Knowledge Assistant (Know-how Paralegal) position in the Know How Team of our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal researches
Assist Knowledge Lawyers in preparing standard forms and reports
Administer and update the firm’s know-how databases and systems as required
Prepare and update materials for in-house trainings
Provide administrative support to Knowledge Lawyers

Desired Skills and Experience

Law degree with at least 3 years of paralegal experience in private equity, general compliance, IPO or M&A practice within law firms
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
Sense of urgency and ability to work in fast paced environment
Excellent computer skills
