Requirements:

• University degree in Laws (LLB) or related discipline;
• Qualified lawyer with strong corporate legal experience;
• Experience gained from industries such as movie entertainment, media, music and television will be advantageous;
• Demonstrated experience in handling legal and commercial matters and relevant legal proceedings;
• Well versed with legal affairs on corporate level;
• Proven experience and decision-making on drawing various types of commercial contracts plus contract templates maintenance;
• Sound experience in licenses, permits, IP rights management and legal affairs on corporate level;
• Experienced to manage a legal team;
• Exposure in handling overseas withholding tax matters will be preferred;
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Willing to travel as and when required.
