• Lead the legal team to handle legal and commercial terms of various types of contracts, and handle matters and legal proceedings of the group (including corporate governance matter).
• Legal affairs on corporate level
• Licenses, permits, IP rights management
• Contract templates maintenance
• Contract review and decision support on commercial terms
• Overseas withholding tax matters

Requirements

Qualified lawyers with corporate legal experience
