Responsibilities:

• Reporting to General Counsel
• Provide legal advice, analyses and support to all internal departments and overseas offices on multinational jurisdictions
• Draft and review a full range of commercial and legal documents
• Liaise with external professionals and other regulatory bodies
  
• Occasional travelling is required

 Requirements: 

• A Law degree holder from a university in a common law jurisdiction
• Admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong with 3-8 years PQE in handling general corporate and commercial contracts, compliance and company secretarial works
• Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good judgment, detail oriented, able to work independently and be a team member
• In house experience will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as an Assistant Legal Manager
