• Liaise with Salespersons on resources
• Liaise with Vendors on Project Criteria
• Vendor Sourcing & Arrange for Evaluation (Conducted by In-house Editors)
• Deliver Project Brief with In-house Translators & Vendors
• Supervise Project Progress & Ensure Project Quality
• Make sure Projects align with Client's Expectations
• Coordinate and Facilitate good Team Spirit
• Report & Foresee Potential Issues
• Report to Operation Manager
• To perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.

 Job Requirement

• Degree holders;
• Fluency in English or Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential;
• Strong knowledge and experience in translation services is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, mature and responsible, pay attention to details;
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
• Able to work as a team player with good communication skill;
• Alert, meticulous and attentive to amendments and figures;
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure;
