The Programme

The eeVoices Management Trainee Programme is an 18-months programme designed to develop future leaders for the organization. We are looking for a high-calibre individual who would be offered the opportunity to take on different roles in the organization, including operation, client relations, internal project management, consulting project management, marketing and business development. The successful candidate will be reported directly to the Executive Management by the end of the programme.

 

The successful candidate will be trained to work on the below roles:

 

First 6 months: Work in the Operation division to provide full-function supports for eeVoices’ employment screening business. This includes conducting reference checks, researches and reporting supporting for the team heads. This part of the work will allow candidate to learn about the foundation of the HR service industry and the corresponding knowledge as well as to develop the communication, problem solving and research skills.

 

6 – 12 months: Work in the client relations aspect and provide supports for eeVoices’ clients for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be trained and coached closely by an experienced client relations consultant to acquire the necessary skills to act as a trusted consultant for clients.

 

13 months to 18 months: Engage in Marketing and Business Development projects. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take on different initiatives to support the long-term growth of the business.

 

By the end of the 18 months, the successful candidate will be offered a managerial position and specialize in a key function of the business. One key goal of the programme is to be able to develop a well-rounded individual with in-depth understanding of different parts of the business.
