Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will assist in providing full spectrum of company secretarial services to the Company and its subsidiaries to ensure compliance with statutory and listing requirements, including but not limited to filing of statutory and regulatory forms, the coordination and preparation of annual / interim reports and drafting of resolutions and minutes.

Requirements

• University graduate and a professional associate of HKICS / ICSA
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 3 years gained from Hong Kong listed companies
• Well versed with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, SFO reporting requirements and other relevant laws and regulations
• Good commercial sense and judgment with excellent communication and organization abilities
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
