Our client, a leading Fintech company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their rapidly expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Review and draft commercial and procurement contracts
- Manage legal and regulatory risk to protect the company's reputation and interests.
- Perform company secretarial tasks as required
- Help to enforce company policies, laws and regulations to staff
Requirements
- LLB degree or equivalent
- International law firm experience required
- 8 years of PQE
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
