Responsibilities

• Responsible for a full range of compliance duties of companies incorporated in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.
• Providing excellent customer service through in-depth corporate secretarial knowledge in different jurisdictions.
• Performing ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder in Corporate Governance  / Business Studies
• Associate / Student member of HKICS / ICSA
• At least 5 years company secretarial experience gained from professional firms or listed companies
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and major offshore Companies Acts
•  Knowledge in listing rules of Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Securities & Future Ordinance is an advantage
• Experience in CSA program or equivalent
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Competent in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible and willing to work under pressure
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer
• Immediate availability is an advantage
