Job Detail

• Responsible for facility and property management works.
• Supervise technical team to carry out routine maintenance and repair works and preparation of progress & performance report.
• Supervise & monitor contractor’s works.
• Provide technical instruction & support to technical team.
• Provide improvement plan for facilities performance and condition.
• Supervise technical team and attend special event in studio.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Holder of Registered Certificate of Electrical Worker Grade B or above is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in Building Services / Facility Management / Property Management with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Good technical skill in trouble shooting & problem solving.
• Self-motivated with good communication skill with all levels.
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office application.
• Willing to work overtime & under pressure and attend emergency calls.

Working Hours

• Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Sat: 09:00am – 1:00pm, 5.5 days per week
