Responsibilities:

• ŸIdentify property investment opportunities
• ŸParticipate in property valuations and feasibility studies
• Assist in planning application, premium assessment and lease modification
• ŸConduct market research & analysis for the property market
• ŸAssist in leasing and management activities of land properties

 Requirements:

• ŸDegree in Surveying / Real Estate with minimum 3 years experience in valuation and general practice surveying
• ŸŸSound experience in project based practicing is preferable
• ŸStrong problem solving and interpersonal skills
• ŸAble to work independently
• ŸOccasional outdoor work is required
• ŸExcellent spoken and written English and Chinese
• ŸHolder of driving licence is an advantage
