Responsibilities: 

• To perform market research and competition analysis in various aspects including but not limited to real estate industry to support Group’s strategic and business planning
• To assist in developing and managing internal database systems including data collection and analysis for research projects
• To liaise with internal business units and/or external market research firms on conducting research projects, and responsible for subsequent analysis and strategy formulation
• To assist in identifying and validating new business trend and ideas with internal business units for further development
• To handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in surveying, business, statistics or related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Some knowledge of marketing research methodologies
• Familiar with Hong Kong property market
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in market research or consulting with exposure of property research is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
