You will be working with the Investment Manager to find and connect investors and investment properties. You will be joining a small, experienced team that works closely to achieve results and will learn about the investment process, acquisitions and disposals of investment properties, and how to identify/assess investment opportunities.

Job Description:

• Prepare property proposals, particulars and presentation materials for investment and commercial projects
• Conduct market research and produce reports of feasibility study and financial analysis
• Assist with the maintenance of database system and keep the system current
• Liaise with clients on their commercial/investments requirements and facilitate the transaction process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, with discipline in real estate/surveying an advantage
• At least one year working experience in real estate
• Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in financial modelling an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient with MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
• Energetic, self-driven, organized and willing to learn
• EAA license holder is preferred
