Responsibilities:

• Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting and serving clients
• Deal with daily administrative works and provide general sale supports
• Oversee the property purchase progress including operation / settlement
• Assist customer to complete each purchase procedure with providing after sale services
• Ensure that all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner
• Organize functions and deal with project management works
• Assist with ad hoc tasks when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• 2 years or above relevant working experience in real estate industry is an advantage.  No working experience will be also considered
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proactive, outgoing, cheerful, responsible and customer service-oriented with team spirit
• Handle multi task independently.  Detail oriented and well organized
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferable
