Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the sales team through the preparation and record keeping of sales contracts and quotations.
- Responsible for data entry and sales order creation; maintain up-to-date assigned databases and systems to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in implementing programs and projects such as marketing events, incentive programs, promotion events.
- May also be assigned secretarial functions such as business correspondence, phone answering and scheduling of meetings etc.
- Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices.
- Review performance metrics to help insure accuracy, reduce order process cycle time and improve customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- High Diploma
- 2-3 years sales coordination/ admin and support experience
- Willing to learn, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet target
- Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Familiar with Siebel CRM system will be an advantage
- Proficiency in both of spoken and written in English & Chinese including Putonghua
