Job Description
職責
- 協助綜合服務經理及物業主任進行營運管理工作, 包括提供優質賓客服務、執行保安工作、處理租戶及賓客查詢與投訴等
- 安排及監督下屬執行保安及管理職責，包括在物業內維持秩序、留意可疑人物、防止火警發生、巡視公共地方清潔、公共地方照明、消防及防盜系統
- 處理物業緊急情況應變
要求
- 中學或以上程度
- 具6年或以上相關工作經驗，其中最少1年擔當主管職務
- 持有有效保安人員許可證
- 持有有效保安及護衛業管理委員會認可訓練課程-合乎質素保證系統標準課程證書(QAS)
- 具良好中文書寫能力；能操流利廣東話、普通話及英語
- 懂得電腦操作(中文輸入法及基本電腦應用程式)
- 具有領導才能，性格主動，有責任心及工作熱誠
- 每週工作6天, 每天工作9小時 (包括1小時用膳時間)
