Our  client is a large Hong Kong company with an extensive history of success in a diverse portfolio of businesses. They are now looking for an Associate Director of Real Estate to look after their own properties which include Commercial offices and retail shopping malls.

This Real Estate generalist will lead their property management, leasing and sales & marketing functions as well as be involved in key decisions with any future group property acquisitions.

The key repsbonsibilities will be to Maximize the ROI, property asset value, occupancy and rental income through implement marketing and leasing strategies and developing future asset enhancement initiatives. As well as maintaining and developing relationships with existing tenants and third party services providers to ensure that stringent expectation levels are met.

Requirements:

-        A track record of managing commercial properties and shopping malls in Hong Kong.

-        Good working knowledge in building services, property management, leasing and tenancy management.

-        A commercial mind with a track record of implementing successful initiatives and campaigns

-        Financially astute and good attention to detail

-        Excellent leadership skills

-        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

-        Degree holder in property/real estate management, or related discipline.

-        At least 15 years of experience in real estate

-        Good command of both English and Cantonese
