Requirements

• Min. 10 yrs experience in property management in which at least 5 yrs in managerial grade and 1 yr working in luxurious buildings
• Good interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure
• Responsible for daily operation and management of an estate or a portfolio of private premises
• Being member of HKIH/CIH and Registered Professional of Housing Manager
• Good in Chinese and English writing skills and conversation
• Fluent Putonghau is preferable
