Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the Commercial division
Generate revenue for the Division and oversee the successful execution of commercial real estate transactions, including office leasing, industrial leasing, and investment brokerage. Achieve a minimal divisional target annually
Source new clients and corporate accounts through networking, marketing calls, cold calling, and cooperative efforts with the Corporate Relocation & Real Estate Division. Achieve a personal client and contact base of 500 companies.
Build relationships with investors, commercial and industrial developers and landlords so that issues and barriers can be quickly removed with one phone call or opportunities can be realized quicker

Requirements:

Fluency in English
Five years experience in Commercial Real Estate
EAA License holder
Self-motivated, results oriented and good negotiations skills
Personable and able to build relationships fro, various channels
