Our client is one of the HK-Listed Real Estates Developer with large amount of retail portfolio in different key areas in HK, and is now looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to support the business expansion.
Main duties and responsibilities
To cope with the business growth, the Senior Leasing Officer for major upcoming management including:
- Responsible for general leasing of the retail portfolio
- Handle the enquiries & complaints from Tenants
- Assist in rental forecast and implement the strategies
- Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have the below skills and experience:
- Real Estate, Property Management or related degree holder
- 5+ years of Retail / Commercial leasing experience
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
