Asset & Tenancy Management - Account Executive / Property Management Officer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Liaise with executive tenants to handle property management coordination of lease renewal, repair and maintenance, and check out services
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
• Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

• Matriculated with minimum two years experience in real estate leasing or property management
• Holder of EAA license or willing to obtain license
• Must have excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and good negotiation skills
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Office
