Requirement

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years’ human resources and administration experience in sizable organization, of which at least 8 years in managerial level
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and knowledge of PRC Labour Ordinance
• Good Command of English and Chinese, spoken Putonghua
• Able to work under pressure and with positive attitude towards changes & challenges
• Reporting to the director, this candidate will lead the Human Resources & Administration Department which consists of about 30 staff members
