Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for searching potential tenants for corporate’s fresh market portfolio
- Perform a full spectrum of leasing operations including tenancy negotiation and renewal, stall handover, legal documentation as well as tenancy administration
- Preparation of leasing budgets, reports and related analysis to ensure the portfolio is meeting leasing targets
- Review and maintain the tenants’ database
- Develop new tenant’s connections and maintain excellent relationship with existing and potential tenants
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Property/Real Estate/Business Administration or related disciplines
- Around 10 years’ leasing experience preferably from fresh markets/department stores/supermarkets/retail sector, with at least 5 years in managerial level
- Excellent relation with potential tenants and able to identify and bring in new types of tenants
- Possess good business acumen with strong market awareness
- Proactive, a team-player with excellent negotiation and communication skills
