Requirements

• Form 7 / Diploma or Certificate in related discipline preferred
• 3 years' or above working experience in property / facility management
• Experience in commercial building is an advantage 
• Out-going, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Applicant with lower qualification will be considered as property officer
• Immediate available is a must 
• Work at Admiralty with 5 days work, Double Pay, Year-end bonus, 14 Days Annual Leaven Medical Scheme etc
