崗位職責：
1、負責制定分公司銷售戰略、銷售計劃、業務拓展計劃；
2、負責分公司銷售管理團隊的建設，並帶領銷售團隊負責銷售計劃的執行及達成目標;
3、負責分公司銷售團隊人員的培訓及日常管理;
4、及時了解市場行情及行業動向，為公司提供分析意見及改進建議
5、負責客戶資源不斷開發及維護，協同市場部定期籌劃高端渠道活動，挖掘潛在客戶，建立穩定的客戶渠道及資源。
6、完成其他銷售相關的工作.

任職資格：
1、本科以上學歷，市場營銷、企業管理等專業；
2、8年以上工作經驗，至少5年以上銷售管理崗位經驗;
3、具有明銳的市場分析及洞察能力，以及優秀的客戶溝通能力、銷售技能；
4、具有良好團隊管理能力，工作主動性強，性格外向、反應敏捷、表達能力強;
5、有房地產、投資移民、金融行業工作經驗者優先;保密意識強
6、粵語、英語優秀、普通話良好

Sales Director

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sales strategy, sales plan and business expansion plan of the branch;

2. Responsible for the construction of the sales team and achievement of the sales target;

3. Responsible for the training and daily management of sales team members;

4. Timely understand the market and industry trends, provide analysis and improve Suggestions for the company

5. Responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of customer resources, coordinated with the Marketing Department to regularly plan high-end channel activities, explore potential customers, and establish stable customer channels and resources.

6. Complete other sales related work

 Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, enterprise management, etc. 

2. More than 8 years working experience, at least 5 years’ experience in sales management;

3. Have sharp market analysis and insight ability, as well as excellent customer communication skills and sales skills;

4. Good team management skills, strong work initiative, outgoing personality, quick response and strong expression ability;

5. Experience in real estate, investment, immigration and finance industry is preferred; Strong confidentiality

6. Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
