Duties:

• Mainly responsible for developing and implementing programs and activities of Disaster Management System Building Team which covers knowledge management, system building, talent management, compliance and research. 
• Assist Manager in developing manuals and guidelines, as well as systems and database, based on needs of operation and project management.
• Assist to promote a learning culture in International and Relief Service Department, and facilitate quality and consistency of monitoring & evaluation practices across program areas and teams.

Requirements:

• University Degree Holder, preferably in Social Science Discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the fields of disaster management and/or development.
• Good presentation and training skills. Experience in Learning and Development / Adult Education / Knowledge Management is an advantage.
• Knowledge in social research method. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a team and with people from different background.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure.
