Job Description

接聽客戶及公眾人士查詢;處理投訴, 記錄及轉介個案至政府相關部門。

*客戶服務熱線中心24小時運作,工作時間可商議。

中五(會考5科合格,包括中、英文)

良好廣、英、普。

中文打字15字/每分鐘;英文打字20字/每分鐘。

 

To answer telephone enquiries and complaints from customers and members of the public;

To record or input into computer full particulars of customer contacts, enquiries and complaints and refer the received enquiries and complaints to the responsible sections or divisions of government department.

 *The hotline operate 24 hrs a day, flexible working hours.

F5 or above (passed in 5 subjects with Chinese and English language) 

Good command in both English and Mandarin.

15 WPM in Chinese (倉/速) and 20 WPM in English.
