A Hong Kong based NGO is looking for Corporate Affair Manager for providing secretariat services for the Foundation’s board and committees.

Duties:

l   Report to the Chief Executive of the Foundation;

l   Handle Board and Committee work and communications with Board Members;

l  Provide secretariat service for the Foundation’s Board and Committees and sub-committees by managing AGM, board meetings and sub-committees meetings; and preparing meeting agendas, minutes and secretarial reports;

l   Serve as a key contact with major external parties on behalf of the Foundation;

l   Previous experience supporting board members and/or executives;

l   Experience working in an NGO or charity organization preferred but not a must;

l   Convincing written and verbal skill, fluent in English is a must;

l   Good presentation, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;

l   Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, well organizedable and able to handle confidential documents in a professional manner;

l   Experience in organizing and implementing communications / publicity projects; and

l   Proficiency computer knowledge in using Microsoft office application and Chinese word processing

Requirements:

University graduate with a first degree in Business Administration, Communications and / or Finance with at least 5+ years of related work experience with local NGO.
