Responsibilities:

• Report to Finance Manager and responsible for group financial reporting of the Hong Kong, Macau and China region;
• Compile management reports, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis;
• Assist in external audit, group consolidated report and group financial management;
• Assist in implementation and enhancement of internal control procedures;
• Undertake any ad hoc projects when necessary.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree holder in Finance or Accounting discipline;
• Member or student member of HKICPA or other professional accounting association;
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience. Big 4 CPA firms and/or group level consolidation experience is an asset.
• IPO exposure and/or list corporation experience is a definite advantage;
• Company secretary experience and knowledge in SAP is preferred;
• Independent, able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight reporting timeline;
• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus.
