Major Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process
• Analyze monthly financial results and produce timely management reports to senior management and regional / head office
• Produce and analyze channel performance reports
• Validate and analyze channel compensation and incentive schemes
• Communicate with different business units on planning and projection process
• Liaise with regional / head office and implement FP&A projects on request

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Holder or finalist of a recognized professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, CIMA, CGA, CMA, ASCPA, AICPA etc.)
• 7 years or above in accounting/auditing and reporting; knowledge of the life insurance industry is preferred
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis is required
• Knowledge on the agency compensation structure is preferred
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Words, etc.) are required; previous experience in PeopleSoft system is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in HFM, Hyperion Planning, Smart View reports building is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication skill and a team player
• Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
