Main Duties:

Being part of a sizable team of finance and accounting professionals, the incumbent will support the professional staff as a:

• Word and PowerPoint processing specialist – responsible for producing / editing financial statements and other documents
• Custodian – maintain a library of signed financial statements and related documents
• Administrator – monitor the status / progress of financial statements in the production cycle and send copies of financial statements to CKHH Finance
• Back up in other administrative tasks as the need arises

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent with LCCI Level 3 qualification an advantage
• 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Excellent IT, interpersonal and team working skills are a prerequisite for the successful candidate along with the required skill set as outlined below:
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills - in particular Microsoft Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in other PC applications, such as MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent typing - audio and copy
• A high degree of enthusiasm, adaptability, reliability and flexibility
• Excellent time management and well-organized
• Responsible and work independently under tight schedule on day-to-day duties and tasks
