Responsibilities

• Report to the Financial Controller and the Chief Financial Officer
• Support financial functions including cash management and corporate financing
• Arrange funding and banking facilities with banks to support the Group's fast growing transaction volume and business development
• Review loan documents and oversee the loan covenants/undertakings requested by the lenders
• Prepare periodic treasury/financial reports
• Assist in conducting investment analysis, financial modeling and perform due diligence
• Perform other duties or ad hoc task as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting
• Mature, independent and well-organized
• Honest, highly motivated, ambitious self-starter and team player
• 5 to 7 years of working experience
• With over 3 years solid experience in retail banking / previous work experience in ‘Big 4’ or international finance company is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English
