Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts independently
- Prepare monthly management and financial statement
- Cash flow management
- Supervise and drive accounts receivable team to perform efficiently
- Co-ordinate the stock count
- Liaise with external auditors and bankers
- Participate in the payroll calculation process
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accountancy
- At least 3 years accounting, preferably in sizable firms
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsible and detail minded
- Proficiency in Peachtree & MS Office, especially Excel
- Willing to work overtime and to meet tight deadline
- Immediate available is preferred
- Less experience will be considered the position of Senior Accounts Clerk
