Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage, prepare, administer and direct the control of the budget;
- Develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning;
- Review and implement policies and procedures for internal control as well as ensure compliance with related accounting standards;
- Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance;
- Perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above majoring in Accounting or Finance with a CPA qualification;
- At least 6 years related working experience, 2 years of which is in managerial level;
- With rich cost management experience is highly preferred;
- Independent, strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
