An electronic parts and components Japanese company with factories in Asia invites high caliber candidate to fill the following post: 

Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks including expense claims and maintain petty cash account, prepare monthly sales reports, AR & AP statement, reconciliation of inter-company accounts, assist in month-end closing and maintain accounts schedules.
• Outgoing duties is required.
• Assist to perform office administration works.
• Assist Accountant to perform ad hoc request.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in accounting.
• Good command of both English and Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-mind, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Candidates with experience in Japanese company or trading company is highly preferred.
• Experience in using ERP system is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred.
