Duties and responsibilities

• Handle general accounting entries, filing, daily operation and data input
• Assist in month end closing
• Assist in human resources functions, including recruitment, staff benefit administration, company events and activities.
• Maintain an efficient filing system.
• Assist in audit and other ad hoc assignments

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma with LCCI level 2 or above;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
• Good team player and attention to details, mature, well organized, able to work independently

Working conditions:

Official 5-days working but might need to work overtime on holidays as required.
