Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial management, tax planning, budgeting, cash flow, capital investment, analyse and evaluate business performance
• Overseeing the daily accounting operation of the company in full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the company as well as consolidations, budgeting, forecasting and taxation
• Present financial analysis to support business plans and justify commercial decisions, provide recommendations to optimize the quality of revenue, cost and profit
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and consolidated management reports, prepare annual budget and forecast
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, legal advisers and tax representatives to ensure compliance with rules and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines, plus a professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA)
• Over 12 years' accounting / audit experience, with solid PRC exposure
• Listed company experience preferable
• Able to meet deadline and work under pressure
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Well versed in both English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient on accounting system Kingdee
• Station in Futian CBD, Shenzhen & travel to region
