Responsibilities:

• Perform all payroll functions including monthly payroll, tax returns, final payment, MPF and other C&B related matters
• Handle tax filing and assist with enquiries about payroll matters
• Generate and prepare HR related reports
• Work close with the team to ensure all payroll is processed accurately in a timely manner
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team such as survey, data entry, benefits administration, activities coordination, filing, minutes taking etc.
• Assist in develop, formulation and implementation of C&B initiatives and salary recommendations
• Ensure HR compliance in accordance to legislative requirements
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or Human Resources Management with at least 4 years’ solid experience in handling payroll.
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, meticulous and highly analytical
• Keenness to take on new challenges and team work oriented
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Immediate available is preferred
