Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations;
• Assist in the preparation of statements and reports;
• Ensure accurate record keeping of all required attendance system and reports;
• Provide other clerical support and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
• Handle administrative assignments independently and professionally in a tight schedule.
• Ensure office records are kept and an efficient filing system is in place and up to date;
• Administrative work such as settlement of incoming funds for billings

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with 2 years relevant accounting working experience.
• Self-motivated, independent, energetic, and well organized.
• Very Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule;
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
