Responsibilities:

• Handling daily payments, accounting entries, invoicing ,billing
• Assisting with the consolidations of accounts and management reports;
• Assisting the month end and year end closing and bank reconciliations;
• Assisting in verification of accuracy of receipts and computation of commission payments to Sales Executive;
• Assisting in ad-hoc project when is needed

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above of Finance and Accounting or relevant disciplines;
• At least 2 years relevant working experience;
• Good knowledge of General Insurance Products will be an advantage;
• Mature, integrity, independent & attention to details;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good PC skills such as Excel, word processing;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE IS PREFERRED
