Responsibilities: 

• Assist in full set of book-keeping and prepare monthly financial reports
• Handle daily accounting, banking, payroll and MPF transactions
• Prepare weekly/monthly worksheets and reports
• Assist auditor in interim & annual audit
• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Handle quotation, invoices and reports
• Data entry and maintain filing system
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned 
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in accounting and/or administrative support;
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office, MYOB and/or Peachtree is preferred;
• Detail-minded, sensitive to numbers and figures, well-organized, willing to learn, independent, responsible and self-motivated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good commend of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
• Immediately available is preferable
