Job Description

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including G/L, month end closing, Journal, inter-company and bank reconciliations
  • To process daily Accounts Receivables transactions
  • To prepare and assist in yearly audit schedules, and provide appropriate follow-up actions
  • Assist in preparation of month end reconciliations
  • To process daily Accounts Payable procedure
  • To review and update Claim payment documents & files into the system for approval.
  • Review accounting related work prepared by insurance trainee
  • To prepare weekly and monthly Booked Premium report to key staff
  • Assist in receptionist duties (if necessary)
  • Ad Hoc Projects assigned by supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or above
  • 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in general insurance industry
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word;
  • Detailed-minded, conscientious, self-motivated and a good team player;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong communication skills
  • Immediate available or by short notice is preferred
