Job Duties

• Preparing management reports including reports to group company
• Cash flow forecast, Investment reporting and liaise with asset management company
• Liaise with both internal and external auditors
• Assist in Statutory reporting and budgeting
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities and month end closing
• Review vouchers and monthly schedules
• Liaise with banks on opening and maintenance of bank accounts
• Assist in Company secretarial matters
• Any ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Member of HKICPAor equivalent professional accountancy bodies
• 5 years of experience in accounting of which 2 years at supervisory level
• Relevant experience in insurance company is an advantage
• High capabilities in working under pressure to meet deadline
• Good problem solving skills and analytical mind
• Good communication skills with subordinates, peers and external parties
• Excellent PC skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Manager”
