Job Description
Job Duties
- Preparing management reports including reports to group company
- Cash flow forecast, Investment reporting and liaise with asset management company
- Liaise with both internal and external auditors
- Assist in Statutory reporting and budgeting
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities and month end closing
- Review vouchers and monthly schedules
- Liaise with banks on opening and maintenance of bank accounts
- Assist in Company secretarial matters
- Any ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Member of HKICPAor equivalent professional accountancy bodies
- 5 years of experience in accounting of which 2 years at supervisory level
- Relevant experience in insurance company is an advantage
- High capabilities in working under pressure to meet deadline
- Good problem solving skills and analytical mind
- Good communication skills with subordinates, peers and external parties
- Excellent PC skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Manager”
